Since our space crew is the driving force behind every achievement of DR SMILE, our focus is on supporting each team member. To that end, we created our Mentoring Program, which brings together two Smilers from different levels. The one individual with more experience, knowledge, and connections is able to pass along what s/he has learned to a more junior individual within a certain field. At DR SMILE, we share our knowledge and learn from each other.
To honor and celebrate milestones, successes and the daily important accomplishments of our Smilers, we have introduced our Milestone Program. After successfully passing the probationary period, every employee of DR SMILE gets a college jacket and their first patch to go with it - our beloved rocket.
From then on, each Smiler can collect different patches for different achievements.

As part of the DR SMILE MASTER program, we promote talented and motivated Zahnarzt Fachangestellte (ZFA's) of our practices. They are given the opportunity to develop their individual potential and grow with us according to their needs.
Over a minimum period of 3 years in total, our Smilers are given the opportunity to qualify for various career steps or to apply directly for an advertised role.
